How should a rendered release section in CHANGELOG.md combine KACL categories with semver levels? Categories ride alongside levels — produce 2–3 concrete sample renderings of the same release to react to (e.g. ### Added/### Fixed subsections with or without level annotations, ordering across the six categories, handling of the current commit-SHA prefixes and empty categories). Heading format stays ## <DisplayName> <version>.
