  1. keyboard avoiding 使用 translate 拉起屏幕，避免portal（position absolute）无法被拉起
  2. webpack 添加 global.d.ts + webpack dev 依赖，基于 ts 和 jsdoc 为 js 附加类型，使得开发时可以有类型提示，如 compiler, compilation，后续可以基于此添加 MpxWebpackPlugin 传入的 options 类型，提供使用时提示
