Adaugă readme/NOUTATI_19.md pentru fiecare modul cu noutăți funcționale față de 18.0, scris pentru prezentare către client (beneficiu, nu detaliu tehnic), plus indexul suitei NOUTATI_19.md. Sursa: modulele prezente pe 19.0 și absente pe 18.0 (module noi) și commit-urile [ADD]/[IMP] de pe origin/19.0 neajunse pe origin/18.0, cu echivalență pe patch-id, ca o modificare replayată la migrare cu alt SHA să nu fie raportată drept noutate. Indexul fiecărei suite primește secțiunea „Module de pe 18.0 fără corespondent în 19.0", iar indexul global un rezumat. Documentul raporta până acum doar ce a câștigat 19.0, ceea ce e o imagine incompletă pentru un client care rulează 18.0.
