chore(loom): remove abandoned experiment

Summary

• Remove the abandoned Loom framework experiment and its example application.
• Remove the Loom PRD/RFC, TypeScript aliases, and workspace dependency entries.
• Regenerate the pnpm lockfile without Loom-specific packages.
