What it is

OptionsAhoy is a free, keyless MCP server (plus REST API) for US equity-compensation tax planning. It answers the multi-year questions stock-comp holders actually face: ISO exercise timing under the alternative minimum tax (AMT), non-qualified stock options (NSOs), restricted stock units (RSUs), qualified small business stock (QSBS) eligibility, single-stock concentration, protective puts, and funding a cash goal from equity. It models the full federal tax code plus all 50 states and DC.

A Windsurf integration kit ships in the repo (integrations/agent-kits/windsurf/mcp_config.json + integrations/agent-kits/README.md), so it is a one-paste setup inside Cascade.

Why this is a real resource, not promotion

• Free and keyless. No signup, no API key, no paid tier to call the tools. Same class of entry as the other MCP servers contributors have proposed here (BGPT MCP, Helium MCP).
