There are two parts to this:

The user
The cascader

The user must be able to search for a cascader to help them by subject
Must be able to message a cascader
Be able to say if something was helpful or not
Show where a cascader is

##The cascader

Must be able to stop and start cascading
Define what subject they are willing to cascade for
Be able to say yes or no to help a person
Receive and send back messages
Show where a user is
