The deploy-testnet coordinator reads Release-* git trailers on the commits between main and develop to learn what a change needs at deploy time. Copy the shared lint verbatim to scripts/check-release-trailers.mjs, run it in a new handoff CI job over every pushed commit, and document the trailers in docs/release-readiness.md.
