Add an "Export contract ABIs" step after the build that writes forge inspect <Name> abi --json for the seven active marketplace and payment contracts into abi-export/ and uploads the directory as the contract-abi-<sha> workflow artifact with 90-day retention. The directory is git-ignored; no tracked ABI copy exists to verify. Add docs/release-readiness.md with the develop definition of done, a job/step to guarantee table for CI, and the fork dry-run follow-up. Link it from README and CONTRIBUTING. No contract, ABI or deployment change: history-compatible, no new epoch.
