Final validation — Phase 1 + Phase 2
Verified the supplied findings against head e2264b5. The consolidation loses coverage of retained mixing permissions and independently expiring rotated DKG indices, but the existing quorum-mining fixture already establishes the stale debug-session precondition. This was a static review only; the supplied CI snapshot shows successful lint and most builds, with four test jobs and the ASan build still pending.

In `test/functional/wallet_encryption.py`:
- [SUGGESTION] test/functional/wallet_encryption.py:69-74: Verify passphrase changes retain mixing access
The signmessage failure proves that the mixing-only wallet was not elevated to full permissions, but a completely locked wallet produces the same error. The removed scenario also verified that coinjoin("start") succeeded after the passphrase change, so this consolidation loses the assertion that mixing access is preserved. The subsequent walletpassphrase call explicitly unlocks the wallet and hides that distinction. Restore the coinjoin("start") success assertion followed by coinjoin("stop") immediately after walletpassphrasechange in this existing scenario. Checking unlocked_until alone is insufficient: getwalletinfo returns nRelockTime, and CWallet::Lock() can clear the master key without clearing that timestamp.
In `test/functional/feature_llmq_rotation.py`:
- [SUGGESTION] test/functional/feature_llmq_rotation.py:118-124: Retain coverage of active rotated DKG phase boundaries
This zero-count check executes before activate_v20, after the initial non-rotating quorums finish. Removing test_active_rotated_membership leaves no active_dkgs assertion during a rotated session; rpc_quorum.py only checks a positive count at the start of a non-rotating session. The implementation in src/rpc/quorums.cpp computes each rotated index's start and expiration independently. With the regtest parameters, index 0 expires at cycle offset 10 while index 1 remains active until offset 11. An implementation that incorrectly expires both indices from the common cycle base would now escape the retained checks. Add those boundary assertions to the existing post-activation rotation flow without restoring a separate fixture.

The added guidance contains the misspellings "scenarious", "scenariou", and "alrady", together with missing articles. Correct these lines and apply the identical replacement to CLAUDE.md so the two guides remain synchronized.

Resolved (re-reviewed at 99cdb0b5): Your added successful CoinJoin start check proves that mixing access survives the passphrase change, while the existing signing rejection proves it is not escalated to full access. Stopping CoinJoin immediately afterward keeps the subsequent checks isolated.

Concept ACK. I checked each replacement check against the original fix, and each one still fails on the pre-fix code:

Re-review — Final validation — Phase 1 + Phase 2
The consolidated wallet checks, RPC coverage cleanup, and synchronized testing guidance support the PR's goal, and the prior documentation and mixing-access findings are fixed. One non-blocking coverage gap remains: the deleted rotated DKG checks exercised staggered expiry boundaries that the replacements do not observe. This was a static review of the exact head; the supplied CI snapshot shows successful lint and several builds, with other builds and test jobs still pending or running.

In `test/functional/feature_llmq_rotation.py`:
- [SUGGESTION] test/functional/feature_llmq_rotation.py:123-127: Retain coverage of active rotated DKG phase boundaries
(existing thread: https://github.com/dashpay/dash/pull/7859#discussion_r4233079427)
The restored stale-session guard proves that this zero-count check exercises expired debug records, but it runs before rotation activation and does not replace the deleted per-index expiry checks. In src/rpc/quorums.cpp:1148–1160, each session is active while tipHeight - quorumHeight < 10 under the regtest parameters. Rotated index 0 therefore expires at cycle offset 10, while index 1 remains active until offset 11; the shared mining window starts at offset 12. The remaining active_dkgs assertions sample only the cycle start or heights outside the active window, so they no longer distinguish staggered expiry from expiry based on the shared cycle base or mining window, nor pin the strict end boundary. Retain checks at offsets 9, 10, and 11 within an existing post-activation rotation scenario, verifying that index-1 members still contribute at offset 10 and that the count is zero at offset 11. The separate scenario and its helper do not need to be restored.
