Finish mac Python de-bloat from https://xkcd.com/1987/ pytree renamed to pipdeptree with removed pipx workaround. Profile drops pyenv. ## Testing Ran pipdeptree / j2y / stravart on mac with mise uv. Verified pyenv/pipenv/standalone-uv-python removed per checklist.
