docs(readme): drop Conventional Commits badge across all languages#88

Conversation
Remove the static Conventional Commits badge from the badge block in the EN source README and both translations (ja, zh-Hans). The convention is already documented (CONTRIBUTING.md) and encoded as policy in git.yaml; it is not CI-enforced, so the badge asserted an unverified, contributor- facing claim in a row aimed at adopters. Trims the row and keeps the distinctive grounding badge prominent. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
Removes the static Conventional Commits badge from the badge row in every README (EN source +
ja+zh-Hans).Why
Follow-up to #87. That PR added the Downloads badge and was intended to also drop this one, but it merged before the removal commit was pushed — so the removal was stranded. This PR lands it on the updated
main. The Conventional Commits badge was a static, unverified claim: the convention is documented in
CONTRIBUTING.mdand encoded as policy ingit.yaml, but it is not CI-enforced (no commitlint job). It targeted a contributor concern in a row aimed at adopters; trimming it keeps the distinctivegrounding: labeled, never fabricatedbadge prominent.Resulting row
CI · Downloads · License · Python 3.12+ · status: pre-1.0 · grounding
