Made this tool in 2021 for fun. It was a full RTE tool but i'm only releasing this part of it.

You will need Visual Studio 2022 to compile this or you can grab it from Releases

Build Guide

1. Download source tree.
2. Open with Visual Studio 2022.
3. Build > Build Solution.
4. Enjoy.
