Don't know if this is a mobile thing but the The voices for the characters are a little too quiet it's not my audio settings

Have you tried with other character select mods? I know the audio from mods (not just exclusively character select) may sound a lot lower on some phones, i know this since my old phone had this issue but the phone i have now doesn't have this issue on the same version.
