libmem: fix/unsymlink test setup. - #868

Don't symlink to sysfs test setup. We don't have/need all the test sysfs trees, so it fails. Replace it with our own. Ditto for the cleanup script while we're at it. Signed-off-by: Krisztian Litkey <krisztian.litkey@intel.com>

Fix pkg/resmgr/lib/memory test setup script. It was a symlink to pkg/sysfs/test-setup.sh which expects 3 sysfs trees but libmem has only 2. So stop sharing the script via a symlink.
