This PR supersedes and includes the bot migration PR #37: #37

It combines the bot PR’s linux-riscv64 migration and build-number bump with conversion from meta.yaml to a v1 recipe.yaml using rattler-build and pixi. It retains the migration branch’s native ARM provider changes and maintainer updates, and replaces legacy shell file-existence checks with package-content tests.

Validation performed locally:

  • conda-smithy lint --conda-forge .
  • native linux-64 build and package tests
  • cross-build for linux-riscv64 with --target-platform linux-riscv64, including package-content tests
  • rerender with current conda-smithy

Hi! This is the friendly automated conda-forge-linting service.

I just wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe/recipe.yaml) and found it was in an excellent condition.
