Bear with me, there's an insane amount of things to cover, writing this out will be a task in itself.
Also ignore the old commits, I merged Hybrisa with this a long time ago, should honestly just make this into one commit, but alas. Don't worry though none of those older commits effect the changed files, it should be good and up to date, no conflicts.
