Virtual Keypad

The Virtual Keypad provides simple sale transactions. Credits (manual refunds) and Voids are also supported if the employee has proper permissions.

Usage

There are two ways to use the Virtual Keypad.

Launching from the Merchant Dashboard

1. Install and launch Cloud Pay Display on target device (Flex, Mini, Mobile)
2. Install Virtual Keypad application for the merchant
3. Click Virtual Keypad from the merchant dashboard

Running with Manual Configuration

1. Open Virtual Keypad
2. Configure Clover Domain
3. Configure Merchant ID
4. Configure Employee ID
5. Configure Access Token
6. Configure Friendly ID
