This commit removes PHP 8.5.8 entries for both cflinuxfs4 and cflinuxfs5 stacks, keeping only PHP 8.5.10 as the latest version in the 8.5.x line. Changes: - Remove PHP 8.5.8 for cflinuxfs4 stack - Remove PHP 8.5.8 for cflinuxfs5 stack - PHP 8.5.10 remains for both stacks (added in previous commit)
