This commit removes nginx 1.31.3 for cflinuxfs5 stack, keeping only nginx 1.31.4 as the latest version for both cflinuxfs4 and cflinuxfs5. Changes: - Remove nginx 1.31.3 for cflinuxfs5 stack - nginx 1.31.4 remains for both cflinuxfs4 and cflinuxfs5 (added in previous commit)
