Combine TP/FP and TN/FN run with output plots

Script to run both TP/FP and TN/FN CUTIE on the same dataset and return a summary with a pie/bar plot of the 4 classes.

Per JL comments on 10/10/23:
(1) a way to move summary_df up a few directories to reduce compiling time for many runs of CUTIE
(2) a way to plot just one class e.g. TP only
(3) a way to specify an additional constraint on the r-value (e.g. TP only r > 0.7)
