docs: add Arc Intelligence Dashboard example for Arc Testnet

Summary

This PR adds a real-time Next.js dashboard example for Arc Testnet.

What's included

• Real-time USDC balance, block number, and transaction count
• Agentic Stack visualization (X402, ERC-8004, ERC-8183)
• 15 deployed Solidity contracts with explorer links
• viem integration with Arc Testnet RPC
