Docker for utilizing azure kinect and body track on ros

- Docker Build
$ ./build - Docker Run
$ ./run
$ cd /home/Azure-Kinect-Sensor-SDK/build/bin
$ ./k4aviewer
$ cd /home/Azure-Kinect-Samples/build/bin
$ ./simple_3d_viewer
$ roslaunch azure_kinect_ros_driver driver.launch
$ roslaunch azure_kinect_ros_driver bodyTrack.launch
Please put user's launch files in user_launch folder.
