Follow-up to career-ops-hq/career-ops#4909, which added pdf --ats (Step 21a in modes/pdf.md).

Adds an "An ATS-parseable copy with --ats" section to the pdf mode page, before Gotchas:

  • what the copy is for: paste from the ATS copy, attach the styled PDF
  • off by default; --ats per run, or a house rule in modes/_custom.md
  • the one change it makes: competencies fold into a comma-separated Skills line
  • the three lints (employer-in-role, parenthetical-in-company, multiple-date-ranges) are reported and never auto-fixed
  • the copy passes the fact gate on its own
  • it lands in output/ with an -ats suffix, and the tracker's PDF column still points at the styled PDF
  • no ATS PDF unless asked for; a failure in the ATS pass leaves the styled CV untouched

Also adds apply to the page's Related list. Same content in es, fr and de, with lastModified bumped and translationHash restamped.

Notes for review

  • The es, fr and de text is hand-translated, not run through .i18n/translate.mjs. A read from a fluent speaker is welcome.
  • The terminal example's PDF: / ATS: lines are illustrative, in the style of the existing example. Core only specifies that the Step 23 report includes the ATS HTML path.
  • Application bundles are left out: core says the ATS copy goes to output/ even when the styled CV lives in a bundle, but the docs do not describe bundles yet.

Checks

Run locally against a production build of this branch:

  • npm run build: pass
  • scripts/faq-from-mdx.mjs --check: pass
  • scripts/verify-schema-parity.mjs: pass
  • scripts/verify-no-future-dates.mjs: pass
  • scripts/verify-i18n-seo.mjs: pass (163/163 URLs, four locales)
  • scripts/verify-agent-layer.mjs: one failure, /changelog.md release headings lost their subject. That page is built from the live GitHub Releases feed and this PR does not touch it; not checked against unmodified main.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

career-ops-hq/career-ops#4909 added `pdf --ats` (Step 21a): a second,
ATS-parseable render of the same tailored CV. The pdf mode page now
explains what the copy is for, the competencies-to-Skills fold, the three
advisory lints, the separate fact gate, and where the file lands, in all
four locales with translationHash re-stamped.
