Removes the documentation link-check job from the reusable lint-python workflow and updates the README to reflect the reduced workflow scope.
Changes:
- Deletes the
linkcheckjob from.github/workflows/lint-python.yaml. - Updates README lint workflow documentation from three jobs to two.
- Removes obsolete
docs-linkcheckreferences.
