  • Analyze parent view structure (project.edit_project)
  • Create idiap_project module with research program model
  • Create project.project model extension with custom fields
  • Create views/project_views.xml with FIXED xpath (no longer anchors on analytic_account_id inside stakeholders_group)
  • Create openerp.py and init.py
  • Validate XML consistency
