This package is not published on pypi. To install using pip, use:
pip install git+https://github.com/cal-itp/streetlight_utils/
To use the package, you will need an API key. Caltrans employees can obtain follow instructions to obtain a key from the Big Data & Geoanalytics Team. Once you have obtained a key, see documentation and example code for further information about this package, as well as Streetlight's API docs.
Run poetry install to set up a virtual environment for development.
