- Uploaded unbuffered version of census block to GCS.
- Wrote a few different versions of the function to match the R function as closely as possible.
- Tested the functions on a variety of different geographies (Santa Clara only, a few census blocks only, etc).
- There is quite a difference between the original versus the new percentile and weighted AADT number.
