Research Question

Single sentence description: Metrolink says: "It would be good for us to know whether we are retaining the contactless payment users or only attracting new users who never use contactless payments again.
Is there a way to use the card/device info to track when a new user enters our system, and then whether that card/device continues to be used and how often? That would provide details on retention."

@mrtopsyt I know we discussed not using Co Pilot (lol) generated SQL to make Metabase dashboards and now that we are no longer analyzing payments data on jupyterhub, I've been trying to work on this with Metabase's query builder and it's proving to be very difficult. If I can use Co Pilot generated SQL for these questions on a separate Metabase dashboard, would that work?

I met with Anna to discuss the work I've done so far. We think the number of riders who use contactless payment once is surprisingly low and reached out on Slack to discus this.
