[BUG]Widget overlap with page scroll

Description

At a client Riigiportal page, currently widget is overlapping with page scroll

@varmoh After investigation on my side, i added a fix for profile wrapper so the widget won't appear behind page elements, as for the scroller and widget overlap, my recommendation to the client web developer is to swich the scroller to the left side as he already does when the page is smaller, this will keep changes to a minimal level and fix thier issue
