The Questionnaire tester needs to compare forms across independently hosted SMART Web Messaging renderers while retaining explicit user consent and consistent response state.
This adds configuration-driven, permission-gated renderer tabs for CSIRO Smart Forms and NLM LHC-Forms. A shared iframe host validates origins and messaging handles, retries startup handshakes, and synchronizes the active Questionnaire and existing QuestionnaireResponse without creating renderer-to-renderer update loops.
The LHC-Forms test page supports selecting a loader version through URL parameters and a temporary reload control. Renderer metadata is loaded from
forms-config.json, with validation for unsafe URLs, duplicate tabs, and slot collisions. Same-origin renderers are identified as local while cross-origin renderers retain the external-service permission treatment.
