Adds Weaver to the Agent infrastructure section.\n\nWeaver is a local coordination layer for multiple coding agents working in the same repo. It fits this section because it provides repo-local shared state for agent sessions: task announcements, path/glob claims, overlap checks, and durable notes via a local SQLite store.\n\nThe entry is placed at the bottom of the section because the list is sorted by GitHub stars.
