Enforces OrcaRouter HTTPS origin policy before health-probe credential access or proxy selection. Loopback HTTP retains outbound SSRF/DNS/manual-redirect guards. Origin override docs distinguish catalog/proxied health from chat inference. The existing DeepSeek seed remains 1,000,000 tokens; no live limit proof claimed.

Validation on this head: affected four UNIT files 71/71, root
npm run lint,CIRCLE_NODE_TOTAL=3 npm run buildwith two workers, range/title commitlint, whitespace and composition checks all passed. Node26.13.0/npm11.20.0 ABI147 Linux x64 UID1000; verified locked pool and private allowlisted environment. Every heavy command independently bounded by GNU timeout TERM295/kill5, with start/finish/exit and owned process/link cleanup. Old 61/61 evidence is superseded for these tests; its supervision limitation remains recorded.Scope: health guard, catalog helper documentation, environment reference, regression tests and changelog. No full/E2E/PG/Docker or paid/live-provider campaign. Related #1224.
