The 3D entrance now fills the entire marketing hero. It replaces the static poster after the first rendered frame, independently of scroll; copy stays readable above the scene, and reduced motion or rendering failures retain the fallback.
Adds a canonical brand guide for future dashboard work: logo usage, public palettes, contrast, typography, component and accessibility rules, motion, copy, and a staged admin migration. Current dashboard styling is distinguished from future targets. The guide is linked from docs navigation and the README.
Validation: root lint; separate-package CI gate with zero failures and no baseline changes; nine targeted canvas, geometry, and opening tests; website production build; production-browser gate, real demo navigation, and docs onboarding checks. First-frame replacement at scroll position zero and full-hero canvas dimensions are asserted. Desktop/mobile captures received a fresh design review with disposition
ship.
