- PUBLIC-154 and PUBLIC-160 questions are recorded on the tickets. - PUBLIC-146 grid question waits on the ticket answer. - Search document rows with a project page open in the app, so the hidden new-tab icon only affects rows with no project page. - Add the PUBLIC-163 phone number check.

This updates TODO.md after the PUBLIC-146, 153, 154, 167 and 168 changes and the Jira comments on those tickets. It removes two questions that are now recorded on PUBLIC-154 and PUBLIC-160, rewrites two lines to match what is still open, and adds the PUBLIC-163 phone number check.
