Add text and color parameter to Typography component

This PR

• adds the parameter text and color to the Typology component. If text and children are given, the text argument replaces the children.
• adds the new parameters to the demo panel 5 (chartlets.py/demo/my_extension/my_panel_5.py)
• restricts altair>=5.5.0,<6.0.0 in chartlets.py
