Prune the registry file hash for bazel_features/1.17.0/MODULE.bazel from the lockfile. This entry became obsolete when rules_jvm_external was upgraded from 6.6 to 6.8 (which upgraded bazel_features to 1.19.0) in commit 5643ad0, but it was not pruned at the time.
