fix: ordem do botão Prefect em Flow Schedules - #1105

Alinha o botão "Prefect ↗" à esquerda, com o nome do flow em seguida — mais fácil de escanear a lista quando o que importa primeiro é abrir o deployment no Prefect, não o nome em si.
Deixa mais claro visualmente que são dois elementos distintos.
