OMP's structured ask dialog is enabled per native session and an ask is posted to the room as this turn's reply, mentioning the requester, with the questions, options and recommendations rendered together. The native tool receives an acknowledgement rather than a fabricated answer; the participant's reply arrives as a later message in the same session, so the room's serial queue is never blocked and the prompt is not aborted. A failed post returns an error explanation to the model; a stop for this room ends the turn. Shutdown refuses new UI and host-tool callbacks.

Why
Waiting for an answer inside the room's current turn would block the serial queue that must deliver the participant's response. Cancelling the native ask dialog instead aborts the prompt.
What
Scope
Active-room asks only, not forwarded subagent UI. Stacked on room-scoped MCP resolution; the structured wire contract lives in the transport PR. Replaces #795.
