OmpAdapter drives omp --mode rpc directly: one process, persistent session and workspace per room, Band tools registered as native host tools, the shared connection guidance installed as an always-apply rule whose presence is verified before inference, background continuations awaited until the native session settles, and native permission selects routed through a resolver. It sits beside the ACP-bridged omp_acp adapter, whose tests and e2e cells are unchanged; the one CI omp binary moves to the native pin, which also serves the ACP cells.

Why
With the native transport in place, Band needs an adapter that owns the
omp --mode rpcprocess lifecycle, prompt authority and permission handling directly, beside the ACP-bridgedomp_acpadapter.What
OmpAdapter,OmpAdapterConfig,OmpPermissionRequestinband.adapters.omp, exported fromband.adapters: one process, session and workspace per room; Band tools registered as native host tools; the shared connection guidance installed as an always-apply rule whose presence is verified before inference; background continuations awaited until native settlement; permission selects routed through a resolver; cancelled selects narrated as anomp_permissioncall/result pair underEmit.TOOL_CALLS.examples/omp.py, and a docs section..github/scripts/setup-omp.shmoves the one CIompbinary to the native pin (18.8.9), which also serves the retainedomp_acpcells.Scope
Stacked on the native RPC client PR.
omp_acp, its tests and its e2e cells are untouched. Shared prompt/formatter text is consumed as it is onmain. Four adapter-level cases that also need #893/#894 are deferred until those merge. Retiringomp_acpis a separate follow-up.
