Update the workbench lockfile too
This only bumps the root workspace lock, but the workbench job installs with npm ci from apps/workbench and caches apps/workbench/package-lock.json (.github/workflows/ci.yml:432-436). That package lock still pins node_modules/hono to 4.12.22 (apps/workbench/package-lock.json:5424-5427), so workbench CI/development installs continue using the vulnerable version even after this security bump; please refresh the workbench lockfile as well.
