Testing

• Tested code-editor for each target(cod-editor-server, code-editor-sagemaker-server, code-editor-web-embedded, and code-editor-web-embedded-with-terminal) according to the internal runbooks.
• Tested each target for all test cases mentioned in the internal runbooks.
• The build artifacts used were generated using the build-targets workflow (https://github.com/vpaiu/code-editor/actions/runs/18191828511).
• code-editor-server was tested by running it on a docker with an Ubuntu22 image (AL2 has outdated glibc binaries).

Next Steps

After this PR is merged, a release can be created by following the guide in RELEASE.md.

Any idea why this was included and was not before? It seems like this is a new file, and it's unclear to me what would be the difference between our patched version and the original package-lock.json
