Issue Link, if available

Partially reverts #809 (commit 6c24e071262da4ad7d46c5250f40cd4a19c739ac).

Description

The revert restores the exporter experimental annotations and the preview documentation in the telemetry-exporter module. It preserves unrelated changes, runtime implementations, API signatures, and Maven versions.

Files under sdk/src/main/java/software/amazon/lambda/durable/plugin are intentionally excluded. The core plugin interface is unchanged by this PR.

No package publication, deployment, merge, or auto-merge is requested.

Demo/Screenshots

Not applicable. This is a revert of stability markers and documentation.

Testing

Validated locally with Amazon Corretto 17 and Maven 3.9 using an isolated Maven repository.

  • The committed patch matches the inverse of the squash commit for every file it touches. All 28 files are under telemetry-exporter/.
  • mvn -B -pl telemetry-exporter -am clean verify: passed, including 205 telemetry tests.
  • mvn -B clean install: passed across the full 10-project reactor. 1,958 tests ran; 31 cloud tests were skipped; 0 failures.
  • mvn -B spotless:check: passed. Formatting introduced no extra changes.

The Java 21/25 CI matrix has not run for this branch.

Unit Tests

Existing unit tests are used. No new test is added.

Integration Tests

Existing local integration tests are used. Cloud tests are not enabled.

Examples

No new example. Runtime implementations and API signatures are unchanged.

Partially revert Java PR #809 as a release contingency.

This reverts commit 6c24e07 for the
telemetry-exporter module only. Files under
sdk/src/main/java/software/amazon/lambda/durable/plugin are intentionally
left unchanged so the core plugin interface is unaffected.

Exporter publishing configuration remains unchanged.

Codex AI review

No actionable findings. The diff only adds experimental annotations and preview documentation; runtime behavior and API signatures are unchanged. Build and tests were not run, per the read-only review constraints.
