Getting started

We are now hosted on Maven Central!

Gradle:

repositories {
    mavenCentral()
}

traverson4j comes with a http adapter using Apache Http Components 5. So lets use that...

Gradle:

'uk.co.autotrader:traverson4j-hc5:3.0.1'

Maven:

<dependency>
  <groupId>uk.co.autotrader</groupId>
  <artifactId>traverson4j-hc5</artifactId>

Jackson support

For Jackson support, use the recommended Jackson 3 module:

Gradle:

'uk.co.autotrader:traverson4j-jackson3:3.0.1'

Maven:

  <groupId>uk.co.autotrader</groupId>
  <artifactId>traverson4j-jackson3</artifactId>
  <version>3.0.1</version>
</dependency>

If you still need Jackson databind 2 compatibility, you can include the traverson4j-jackson2 module:

Gradle:

'uk.co.autotrader:traverson4j-jackson2:3.0.1'

Maven:
