add verbose mode to sdxlib

verbose should default to False but when True it should activate print statements indicating what is being sent to the API

Beginning work in enhancement-add-verbose branch which is checked out off of 5-basic-demonstration-notebook as that branch has changes to the client and response classes that are needed.
