Keep React and ReactDOM on the same major
On a fresh frozen install, the rewritten docs dependency graph now pairs react-dom@18.3.1 with react@19.2.3, even though this lockfile records ReactDOM 18's peer requirement as react: ^18.3.1. ReactDOM depends on version-specific React internals, so invoking the Mint CLI through pnpm --filter @arkor/docs docs:dev or docs:validate can fail during module initialization; resolve both packages to React 18 or avoid this unrelated peer-graph rewrite.
