My background is primarily in software engineering, but I've always been interested in what happens beyond the code: how systems are designed, how software gets delivered, how infrastructure is managed, and how engineering teams can work more effectively.

I enjoy staying close to the technical details while also looking at the bigger picture: how technical decisions affect teams, products and the organization as a whole.

I like building things, but I enjoy even more making it easier for other engineers to build great things.
