or maybe other place, I just feel this article is so good and it has to be placed somewhere in the official site.

on a second thought, we don't have to, since the Apache Ozone doc has Ratis streaming content already: https://ozone.apache.org/docs/edge/feature/streaming-write-pipeline.html
