Restores a reproducible Python 3.12 development setup and prepares Anomstack 0.0.20 after the dependency refresh.
make setup-local && make stackstarts the dashboard and Dagster with synthetic local data, separate runtime storage, stopped example schedules, and no dotenv loading.Updates and locks Python runtime/development dependencies, upgrades Docusaurus/React and GitHub Actions, aligns Plotly's browser bundle, repairs source packaging and version reporting, and fixes stale test expectations and negative pagination labels. The newer Ruff hook also applies mechanical repository formatting, including Python examples in Markdown. npm replaces the duplicate Yarn lockfile.
Validation: 209 tests passed, 13 skipped in CI mode; full pre-commit checks passed; real local ingest/train/score completed for all five example metrics; docs, wheel, source archive, and Linux ARM dashboard Docker builds passed; Docker health/version smoke checks passed.
Before release: review the model retraining note and known limitations in RELEASE_NOTES.md. npm audit has 18 high findings, all propagated from the unpatched image-size dependency in the docs build toolchain. CoinDesk's live example returned HTTP 401 without API credentials; live third-party integrations are not covered by the passing CI-mode test run. Full production deployment has not been exercised.
