AnnonTraits provides access to AnnonFruitTraits 1.0, a global dataset of frugivory-related functional traits for species in the pantropical plant family Annonaceae.
The package includes a processed and standardised dataset, the original PROTEUS-derived matrix, auxiliary files, and functions to explore, summarise, and visualise trait and taxonomic completeness across taxa and geographic regions.
