The ephemeral browser-test stack timed out waiting for Payment before any customer journey ran. The Mongo replica initializer could reach the official image's temporary standalone server, and Aspire's Mongo health clients could discover the container-only member address instead of using the mapped host endpoint.

Execute a packaged, bounded replica initializer that retries the temporary standalone state, initializes only an uninitialized replica set, and rejects an unexpected set. Use authenticated direct-connection readiness checks requiring a writable rs0 primary while preserving every WaitFor dependency. Restore observable AppHost startup and collect bounded diagnostics for only test-owned Docker resources into a visible artifact directory.

Validation: strict AppHost build, production initializer regressions, shell/actionlint checks, and Aspire manifest generation pass locally. Local Docker is unavailable. This draft must prove all three browser jobs execute their two customer journeys with zero skips/failures and successful cleanup before merge.
